The hotel rooms were quite cold initially, but they looked exactly like the photographs on the website. The food was fine, although it did take quite a bit of time to warm up. The staff was lovely, helpful, and friendly with great facilities for pooches. The location, while not perfect, was excellent for us, offering excellent walks and easy access to Keswick. The dining experience, unfortunately, was mixed with some nice but simple dishes that were not always served at the right temperature. Overall, the experience was positive with a few areas for improvement.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I immediately noticed the fantastic location offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Although a bit warm at night, the overall experience was cozy. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable.
