Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were quite cold initially, but they looked exactly like the photographs on the website. The food was fine, although it did take quite a bit of time to warm up. The staff was lovely, helpful, and friendly with great facilities for pooches. The location, while not perfect, was excellent for us, offering excellent walks and easy access to Keswick. The dining experience, unfortunately, was mixed with some nice but simple dishes that were not always served at the right temperature. Overall, the experience was positive with a few areas for improvement.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I immediately noticed the fantastic location offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Although a bit warm at night, the overall experience was cozy. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable.
My stay at the hotel was cozy and nicely furnished. The rooms were a bit small, especially with my dog, but having a bath and shower was a bonus. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. The location was peaceful and beautiful, just outside Keswick. The dining experience was tasty with traditional Cumbrian options. The facilities were satisfactory, making my stay enjoyable overall.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly service and decent value for money. Rooms are clean and well-presented, though a bit on the pricey side. The location provides great views but lacks some atmosphere. Dining options are varied but could improve further.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but very cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed. The service was exceptional, making me feel like I was staying at a friend's place. The location was perfect for explorers, with easy access to beautiful walks and neighboring towns. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious meals and thoughtful touches. Overall, a great value for money experience.
